How to remove dentures?

First remove your lower denture. Grab it with a thumb on one side and with other fingers on the other side and gently vibrate denture from side-to-side. The lower denture comes out of mouth without any effort, because it simply sits on top of your gums, so there is not needed to much force.
Upper denture may be more difficult to remove from your mouth. Try to press your front dentures upwards and outwards with your thumbs towards nose.
